If you receive your report and feel the analysis did not provide useful, evidence-based recommendations, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will review the report and either improve the analysis or issue a full refund.

What qualifies

• The report did not address your stated role or situation
• Recommendations were generic and not tied to your specific profile evidence
• The report was not delivered within the stated timeframe with no communication

What does not qualify

• You disagree with a specific recommendation but the reasoning is sound
• You did not get a job offer (Rolevera is an advisory report, not a job guarantee)
• You submitted incomplete or inaccurate intake information

How to request a review

Email hello@rolevera.com within 7 days of receiving your report. Include your name and order confirmation. We respond within 2 business days.
