1. What Rolevera provides

Rolevera provides career analysis, role-readiness scoring, and advisory information based on resume and intake data submitted by you. Our products include Free Snapshot, Career Map, Career Map Plus, and Guided Path.

Rolevera is an advisory service. It is not a staffing agency, recruiter, employment agency, legal service, immigration service, or financial advisor.

2. No guarantees

Rolevera does not guarantee interviews, job offers, employment, promotions, compensation increases, immigration outcomes, or career outcomes of any kind. All analysis is informational and advisory. Results depend on market conditions, employer decisions, your own actions, and many factors outside Rolevera’s control.

3. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you submit. You should not submit sensitive personal information that is not necessary for career analysis. You are responsible for how you use Rolevera’s recommendations.

4. Privacy and data

Your data is used only to generate your analysis. It is never shared with employers, recruiters, job boards, or third parties. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

5. Refunds

Refund review is available within 7 days of delivery if you believe the output did not address your submitted information. See our Refund Policy for full details.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Rolevera shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the service or reliance on any analysis provided.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Rolevera after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
